Encino Hills Estates (2007) is an addition and complete renovation project. The addition was designed by Fernando Di Zitti Architect. Nearly 900 square feet was added to create a grand entrance, a lavish master suite, and a larger overall living spaces. The addition of a third car garage was made possible with the introduction of a new side retaining wall.
